Commissiong Engineer

Location: Halewood/Hybrid

Salary: Up to £50,000 + car allowance

Responsible for the commissioning and debug of the software developed during the engineering phase. Mainly focused on PLC programs, HMI and special application (i.e. inverter) the person in this role will be involved in the project from the power on of the lines through all the customers milestones till the full automatic production.

What you will be doing:

* Commission, debug and test of PLC/HMI/Motion/Vision/Safety system control software at Customer Site

* Configuration and start-up of all the HW devices: manifolds, inverters, safety devices, access gates, motors at Customer Site

* Be involved in Handover phase with Engineering.

* Collaborate to Identify new project risks.

* Create documentation compliant with customer commissioning standard.

What you will bring to the team:

* Experience on Industrial Automation solutions. PLC & Robotic Systems in Automotive, Process and Packaging Industries

* Experienced within project coordination, delivery, technical leadership and equipment commissioning.

* Customer site working experience.
