Please note- you MUST have experience working in an educational environment to be considered for this opportunity.

Role responsibilities:

- Support the implementation of the People Strategy aligned with Business objectives.
- Lead with both the development and implementation of a wide range of HR processes and activities.
- Work closely with trade unions.
- Manage ER casework.
- Assist with Change management restructures.
- Establish Business Partner type relationships with various stakeholders.
- Provide support and coaching to line managers.
- Project work
- Provide operational support.

The successful candidate will need:

- To have worked in an educational environment.
- Hold an HR Qualification, CIPD or equivalent.
- Experience with working with trade unions.
- Experience managing ER casework.
- Good communication skills.
