Process Engineering Lead - North Lincolnshire - Chemical Manufacturing - £65-73k + bonus, private healthcare, 9 day fortnight and hybrid working
I'm working a multinational chemicals manufacturer, a world-leader in what they do. A company who prioritise development and encourage progression.
They're looking for an experienced Process Engineer to lead a team of Process and DCS Engineers.
This role reports into its previous incumbent, who has been promoted, so you will be learning from someone who knows the responsibilities inside and out.
You will be tasked with leading a CAPEX team, and working towards the companies' 5 year strategy plan and global sustainability goals, which you will also help to develop.
You will need a strong background in Process Engineering and, ideally, will have managed a team of either Process Engineers, or one consisting of various disciplines. You don't necessarily need to have extensive experience of delivering CAPEX projects, as you will be approving and/or challenging the work done by others.
You will receive an attractive salary, a bonus, private healthcare, and a generous pension, amongst other benefits. The company also employ a 9 day fortnight and hybrid working.
