The company

My client, one of the UKs top 100 grocery brands is a leading manufacturer within their category. Priding themselves on their passion for real, natural food, they operate across several well invested sites throughout the UK.

The role

We seek to recruit a passionate and Innovative Product & Process Development Technologist to join the experienced technical team.

Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you will be responsible for the development of new product development from concept to launch.

You will be required to work across my clients sites, developing products across their range of technologies.

Working with all internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, my clients brand team, face-to-face meetings and site visits required.

The person

Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, you will be curious and innovative with a strong technical and scientific understanding.
You will have a solution focussed mindset and a meticulous attention to detail. You will be adaptable and resilient with a minimum of 3 years food manufacturing experience.
Be results driven, a logical thinker, be able to use experience, analysis and judgment to make decisions and be foodie with a passion for creative innovation.
