About the role
Working as part of our friendly team, you will grow experience and skills within business administration, covering aspects of document management, internal communications, procurement, customer service, finance, marketing and IT. Training is primarily on-the job, supported by various e-learning modules, which are certificated and will become part of your continuous professional development (CPD) portfolio. As your career develops you have a credible opportunity to decide which way to progress your career further.
Key areas of responsibility
* Help organise internal and external communications and documentation.
* Master user of the companys internal software and applications.
* Learn and work with basic key performance indicators (KPI).
* Get exposure to various support functions across the business, such as HR, Finance, IT, customer service etc,
* Process supplier and customer documentation.
* Deal with general queries efficiently, always respecting discretion and confidentiality.
* Provide generalist admin support to the Senior Management Team.
* Take minutes of meetings, when required.
* Attend client and supplier meetings on an ad-hoc basis.
* Organise meetings and training sessions, book hotel stays, provide documentation etc.
* Ensure internal and external deadlines on various projects are met by working with other departments.
* Learn about the motor trade industry if you love cars as much as we do, this is a place to be!
What we look for
* Minimum 3yrs business related administration experience.
* Advance Microsoft Office suite user.
* Drive and passion with ability to stay calm under pressure and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
* Attention to detail, confidence when using data and records.
* A quick learner with compatible IT skills.
* A flexible pro-active approach, ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Degree level education (preferred).
