The Burford Recruitment Company is proud to collaborate with an esteemed client in the real estate industry, currently seeking a vibrant and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their esteemed team.

Responsibilities
* Take the lead in acquiring new business opportunities, and optimising commercial fees to enhance revenue streams.
* Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both current and prospective clients.
* Identify emerging market trends and capitalise on new prospects through effective market appraisals.
* Conduct property viewings with finesse, adept at matching buyers with their ideal properties.
* Oversee offer negotiations and ensure a seamless sales progression process.
Desired Skills and Qualities
* Minimum of five years of hands-on experience within the property industry, demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding fee earnings and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of the local area, ideally with a broad network.
* Ambitious, resourceful, and adept at thriving within a collaborative team environment.
* Exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset are essential.

Additional Details
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
* Availability is required on Saturdays, however by appointment only.
* This role is office-based and requires a valid driving license and access to a car
