Service Administration Supervisor
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times
Location: Cirencester
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
This is a temporary on-going position
Key Responsibilities:
*
Ensuring the administration team delivers a level of Customer Service that exceeds customer expectations.
*
Constantly review and, if possible, improve service delivery.
*
To improve the internal and external communication skills of the Service Department.
*
Responsibility for the day-to-day running and administration of the Service Administration team.
*
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the departments Service Management System software.
*
Day to day operational control of the Field Service team, reporting any personnel issues to the Service Manager.
*
Report all operational and customer related issues to the Service Manager.
*
Attempt, in the first instance, to resolve any operational and customer related administration issues in a timely manner before escalating to the Service Manager.
*
Monitor and, where necessary, improve the two-way flow of Service information between our customers and the whole Service team including, Field Service Engineers, Service Administrators, and sub-contractors.
*
Provide first line support whenever possible and, where appropriate, assigning more detailed queries to relevant team member or to the Service Manager.
*
Monitor departmental issues and work with the Service Manager to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
*
Take an active interest in all operational activities.
*
Ensuring that all key departmental operational and administrative functions are delivered efficiently and accurately.
*
Work with the Service Manager and Technical Support Engineer to set and maintain KPIs for the service department and to oversee the warehouse.
*
Assist the Service Manager and/or Technical Support Engineer to project manage service projects and large repairs.
*
Manage Engineer training and training records.
*
Oversee the department Aftersales Administrator
Key Skills:
*
Previous experience in a supervisory role.
*
Experience improving and streamlining processes.
*
Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*
Fantastic organisational skills
