We are currently working with a UK Facilities Management service provider to recruit a Maintenance Manager for large FM contract in the Bridgwater area
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead delivery of all projects ranging from minor works to major reconfiguration projects. Contract Management team members, the client and all key stakeholders will be regularly informed on the progress of all projects with the use of project planning tools and regular engagement.
Some of your key responsibilities will include the mobilisation planning of all new projects and ensuring works and tasks are delivered within timescales to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be able to respond quickly to solutions engaging with all key stakeholders throughout.
Candidate requirements
* Mechanical & Electrical working knowledge
* Project planning experience
* Experienced in a wide range of building projects
* Commercial acumen
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* Competent in the use of MS Project (or equivalent planning tool)
* Ideally CDM qualified / PRINCE 2
