About the Opportunity
The role holder will be responsible for delivering propositions primarily across PSUK dispensing doctor sector but will also support the Numark Independents. They will support and facilitate the launch of new propositions primarily to our PSUK membership but also Numark, ensuring the realisation of benefits.
Working in conjunction with the dispensary team or practice manager to maximise the offering and troubleshoot any challenges whilst providing guidance and training to the wider dispensary team.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of PSUK propositions ensuring that timelines and key objectives are met.
Support the dispensary teams through the change process to ensure all new initiatives are embedded.
Deliver relevant training and coaching as required.
Effective communication throughout all levels of the dispensary business up to and including senior management whilst being self reliant and confident.
Attend any relevant departmental or stakeholder meetings and training meetings as required.
Act as a visible role model for the Companys values and behaviours that drive business performance, customer and quality excellence and engagement of our people.
To effectively manage your own time across a wide geographical area including travel overnight stays.
Experience
Extensive experience of working within a Dispensing Doctor environment.
Operational experience of multi site pharmacy support.
Experience of leading a team on delivering a new customer propositions through effective communication and training.
Demonstrative experience of implementing and facilitating new customer initiatives.
Knowledge and skills
Understanding of the GPhC standards
Competent in the use of Microsoft packages
Knowledge of the Dispensing Doctor contract
Comprehensive in depth knowledge of all dispensary processes
Ability to be able to adapt to variations in customer profiles, operating models and platforms.
Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Motivated to continuously improve and achieve excellence.
Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
Be able to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team
Realises goals through effective use of efficient time management.
Qualifications
Minimum of NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant
Full UK driving licence
