Respond to all reactive building fabric works as per direction from the helpdesk and Maintenance Manager

Carry out all planned works, installations and repairs as per the current regulations

Provide assistance when required to mechanical, plumbing and electrical reactive works, where qualified, as per requirement of the maintenance manager and the contract requirements.

Assist in project planning, estimation and stock control of critical mechanical / building fabric spares

Work to the site specific Rams for the contract and as detailed within your safety briefings.

Work as part of team to deliver the highest standards for the client.

Maintain high customer service standards, working alongside the client and the teams
