Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role due to location.
We are seeking an experienced support worker to provide 2:1 support to our client who lives in their own home with family members.
With a good understanding of complex needs, who is committed, caring, enthusiastic and can actively engage and provide full interaction to our client, who is non-verbal, has a learning disability, Epilepsy and Cerebral Palsy affecting all four limbs and wheelchair dependent. Our client requires full personal care, administering medication, feeding, transfers, and full support with all aspect of daily needs. Our client can communicate through facial expression; however, staff need to know him well to identify if our client is in pain, sad or happy.

You will need some experience
