This company is based in Basingstoke Hampshire, providing storage, fulfilment, pick & pack, ecommerce, contract packing, sleeving, and distribution services.
They are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Client Services Manager to report directly to the Managing Director. You will strive to provide a first-class client experience and coach your team to do the same. Manage the team who are daily monitoring orders, through pick & pack to shipment and delivery. You will need to be a team leader, able to coach and mentor, demonstrate good problems solving skills along with project management of production jobs, making sure they have completed clients tasks within the clients timescale.
Your Responsibilities
· Working alongside the Managing Director and Sales Director to develop a client service strategy, which should consider immediate and long-term needs of our clients and team member requirements
· Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed client service levels & standards, reporting on performance and potential improvements
· Key account management assuring continued relationships with all their high-value clients
· Develop & proactively manage key internal client relationships
· Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
· Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
· Apply best practices to areas of improvement
· Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
· Adhere to and manage the approved budget
· Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
· Develop, and manage effective on-boarding plans for clients and team members
· Mentoring, coaching, and developing existing client service team members by facilitating an environment of excellence through goalsetting and achievement
· Provide consultation to leaders to enable business success through performance excellence that leads to continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience within storage, fulfilment, pick & pack, eCommerce, secondary contract packing and distribution services, would be beneficial to your application, but not necessary
· A solid understanding of Microsoft Office and its application
· Able to work within KPIs and metrics, being able to analyse large data sets to understand trends and look for improved efficiencies
