The place

We are a family owned 31-bedroom hotel in Chichester.

We have a 30-seater brasserie (open for lunch and dinner) and a 50-cover fine dining restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes which is open for dinner. We also have a small bar.

We also serve afternoon tea and host small weddings, celebratory lunches, and wakes.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in a similar property with fine dining experience. They should be motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, have great customer care skills, be smartly presented, and have the ability to run a team and constantly strive to improve standards. They will have experience of managing a team and organising and running functions.

The shifts will be both straight and split. The Restaurant Manager will be expected to work on all shifts, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. They will be responsible for the restaurant staff rota.
