Industry average salary guide for role type: £30,000 £37,000

Ideal Requirements for the Physiotherapist

* Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent

* Experience of assessing, treating and supporting a range of patients/cases across the Inpatient setting

* Experience in Orthopaedic Physiotherapy would be desirable but not essential

Role Responsibilities for the physiotherapist

* Deliver exceptional physiotherapy care and guidance to inpatient clients

* Aid team leadership, including overseeing daily operations and mentoring junior colleagues

* Collaborate on patient assessment duties and provide clinical reasoning support to staff

* Contribute to hospital-wide initiatives, particularly in manual handling and fall prevention

* Opportunity for advancement to Team Lead amidst hospital expansion plans
