Do you have experience running a trade counter that serves the trade and the public with a range of building products including windows, doors, and roofing systems?

If so, we are recruiting a Branch Manager in Bath.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager the main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Identifying and developing new and existing sales opportunities in the area

* Serving customers and managing enquiries, including any issues or complaints raised

* Overseeing daily delivery and dispatch processes

* Entering invoices, sales orders, and credit notes onto the system

* Maintaining branch profitability and margin levels

* Reporting to senior management information on costs, sales, and customer feedback

This position will suit a self-motivated, driven individual who has prior knowledge and experience of the uPVC window, door and building plastics industry. The ability to process orders on a specific industry software package called Window Designer is also desirable.
