What we're looking for
This is a pivotal role where you'll be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that play a crucial part in our client's success, including:
* Leading in-depth analysis sessions with potential clients to grasp their existing IT setup, challenges, and strategic goals
* Working closely with the sales team to pinpoint and address client requirements with suitable technical solutions
* Leveraging extensive Azure and Microsoft technology expertise, including Azure IaaS/PaaS and Azure Active Directory
* Collaborating with internal teams, such as solution architects and engineers, to create and suggest tailor-made cloud solutions
* Crafting and presenting demonstrations to clients, highlighting the advantages of your offerings
* Providing ongoing technical guidance to clients throughout the sales journey and project lifecycle
* Overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they adhere to time, budget, and quality expectations
* Staying current with emerging trends in related technologies
Qualifications & Other Requirements
Experience & Education:
* Proven background in a Technical Presales or Solution Architect role with notable exposure to Azure, Microsoft 365, and public cloud solutions
* GCSE level Maths and English
* Industry technical/sales qualifications in Public cloud services
* Current or historical certification of Networking/Server Infrastructure design or Technical Presales (e.g. Cisco Certified Design Associate /Check Point Sales Certification)
Technical Proficiency:
* Comprehensive understanding of public cloud technologies, architectures, and service integrations
* Ability to envision and design solutions that effectively solve complex client problems
Interpersonal Skills:
* Stellar communication capabilities, capable of translating technical jargon into comprehensible terms for a diverse audience
* Commitment to collaboration, ensuring alignment between sales objectives and technical capabilities
Other Requirements:
* Car owner with clean UK driving license.
* Must be cleared to work in the UK and have been a UK resident for 5+ years.
* Security vetting and Police questionnaire to be completed as a condition of employment.
