As Trainee Recruitment Consultant here at Anderson Knight you will be part of a company who have been established for 20 years and have seen significant year on year growth. You will learn the ropes working alongside an established Director, training to become a well-rounded Recruitment Consultant. You will be working in a fast-paced environment within an encouraging and motivating team, where no two days will be the same. We place high importance on training and development from the day you start your new job. No prior recruitment experience is required for the role. However, you must have a positive, resilient attitude and a genuine drive to have a successful career within recruitment.
Duties & Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for the full recruitment process working with both candidates and clients.
* You will work with candidates to understand their skills and what they are looking for in a new role.
* You will use targeted methods to find candidates including advertising, networking, social media, events and headhunting.
* You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer advice based on your market knowledge.
* You will manage the recruitment process for your candidate and client; preparing them both for interviews, offering advice and negotiating job offers.
Requirements
* Ideally over 1 years experience in some form of sales environment.
* Passionate about hitting targets and working in a highly competitive environment.
* Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
* Strong written and communication skills, professionalism, and perseverance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Full 3 months of training provided.
Great Commission scheme on top of the Basic Salary, estimating a realistic £30,000-£35,000 OTE in your first year.
