We are currently looking for an experienced Site Services Manager for our client in the Liverpool area.
This is a key role with prime responsibility to ensure the site operation achieves agreed profitability and working capital targets whilst ensuring that service level and contractual commitments are fulfilled.
The main function of this role is the management of the site team, which is responsible for the removal and installation of rotating equipment. There may from time to time require Site Engineers to perform repairs of equipment on site.
About You:
Experience of working in a Mechanical engineering environment
Experience of maintenance/repair of Industrial and Commercial plant.
Experience of managing a team
Good customer facing communication and negotiating skills.
Proficient user of windows based programmes.
Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
What the role involves:
Management of all site activities
Developing the business to achieve and exceed targets
Analysing the service performance with service personnel
Monitoring key customer accounts with the sales personnel
Reporting progress, sales figures to the Director
Promoting health and safety in the workplace
