M&E Cad technician is required for a M&E Building Services contractor based in Birmingham. The Companies main scope of work is Commercial Fit Out and New Build Residential these projects can range in values from £500k - £10m. The Company have a turnover of approximately £50m and have been trading for 30 + years. I am looking for a M&E Cad technician who is knowledgeable in either Mechanical or Electrical for a 3 to 6 month contract.
Your Duties will be
* Coordination of M&E services
* Working drawings
* 2d / 3d Drawings
* Records Drawings
* CAD modelling
* Use of Autocad
* Liaison with various disciplines to produce fully co-ordinated drawings
* Working with consultants and subcontractors
* Must have minimum 3 -5 years' experience working in a similar role
* Carrying out design, validating and MEP installations
* Able to work with a small team
* Working on multiple MEP projects from start through to completion/ handover
The company are looking for a candidate who has previously worked in Building Services and can hit the ground running
