Pay: £11.85 an hour

We are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and successful primary school based in the north of Cardiff. The head teacher is looking for an educator who is passionate, enthusiastic, and committed. The successful educator will be nurturing and caring and be supportive of their social and emotional difficulties. The role is ongoing until the end of the academic year.
The role will require supporting a child with ASD and behavioural challenges. Throughout this role you will be required to help develop the childs confidence and increase his social and emotional needs. This will consist of activities based around learning development which will be set by the class teacher. However, the school is very supportive of your own development so would be encouraged to add your own input.
The successful educator will:

Essential Requirements:
Child only DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
2x professional references
Valid right to work in the UK
