Antony James are looking to recruit a Head housekeeper. To lead, manage, and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure the hotel achieves an industry-leading standard in hotel service provision. The hotel is looking for an experienced hotel housekeeper looking to take a step or someone who has previously held the position to come in immediately to take the team forward.

Salary: £33,000

40-hour-a week contract (5/7, including Weekends)

Responsibilities:

Create and manage the housekeeping rota
Managing the housekeeping team 15 to 20 staff and developing them further
Cleaning Rooms
Dealing with complaints
Ensuring the team keep to the standard set by the hotelAbout you:

Previous experience in hotel or Hospitality housekeeping
Previous experience in a management or Supervisory positions
A driver as the Hotel isn't on a local public transport route
