Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Steelwork Draughtsman (Tekla) thanks to their continued success and growth.

You will join the growing steelwork fabrication business based near Edinburgh as part of their existing technical team and work on a variety of steelwork projects using Tekla.

Steelwork Draughtsman (Tekla) duties:

Working from engineering/GA drawings to create 3D CAD Tekla models.

Create detailed assembly/fabrication drawings, bills of material, erection drawings from the 3D model.

Raise RFIs/TQs as required where more information is required.

Steelwork Draughtsman (Tekla) requirements:

Experience working as a Draughtsman on steelwork projects (structural and/or secondary steelwork)

Experience using Tekla software is essential.

Have a good eye for detail and take pride in your work.

Must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis.

Be based in/within a commutable distance of the office based in east Edinburgh.
