Just Temps are seeking an experience Accounts and Sales Administrator as Maternity cover for our prestigious client based on the outskirts of Haverhill.
Working Hours and Rate of Pay:
Monday to Friday.
8am to 5pm.
14 month fixed maternity contract.
£27,000 per year.
Main Duties to Include:
Process purchase ledger invoices and customer sales invoices/commercial invoices/credit notes.
Experience using sage and ERP systems.
Credit control.
Collate all delivery notes from stores, marry with invoices and process supplier invoices on the ERP system.
Reconcile supplier accounts monthly to insure all invoices are paid, and chase overdue invoices.
Support export manager with processing of sales opportunities on salesforce, and liaising with production administration to publish order acknowledgements.
Provide support for the Office administrator in busy periods, arranging customer visits etc.
