Please do not reach out to me if you are looking for more than 6 months stay as this will only suit someone who is looking to work in Manchester as a contractor for few months , looking to buy a house in Manchester or moving abroad after few months and need a short term stay and don’t want to sign a fixed term contract for a longer period with landlords or letting agents. This place would be cheaper than staying at an airb&b or a hotel.

Note that you won’t be able to use the address for electoral , post or bank statements as I am the legal occupant of the property., so it will simply suit someone who will be staying in manchester for a short term. So please do not contact me if that’s the case.

I am looking for someone to take my rented apartment for5-6 months whilst I am away for personal reasons. I need a clean and tidy person who can look after the flat and keep it tidy.

The rent is £1100 p/m for a single occupant. It is inclusive of electricity/gas , wi-fi , water and council tax. The flat is fully furnished including washer , dish washer and condenser tumble dryer.

There is no car park available but there are free or cheap car parks available around the area.

The studio is just a 4 mins walk away from Salford station.
