Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Corby area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local council (Corby) contract.
The Role:
* Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
* Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.
* Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
* Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records
Requirements:
* 2 years experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer
* Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
* ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1
* Full UK Driving Licence
* No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)
The Package:
* 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
* Overtime paid at hourly rate
* Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
* Salary: £38,500 per annum
* Out of Hours call out on rota basis. Paid either on price per job or hourly decided by engineer
* Monthly bonus
* OTE £45,000+ per annum
