In April 2019, the Centre opened its new Centre of Excellence located in King's Cross.
The Centre values diversity and aims to have a workforce that reflects this. We encourage applications from all sections of the community.
The Senior Programme Manager role will lead on overseeing the evaluation and communications support to the wider Early Years Programme (EYP) clinical team and manage a small team of three staff members. The post-holder will have oversight over the routine evaluation and reporting related to all the projects held in the EYP. They will also be the EYP Lead for the Early Years in Mind digital learning network, which is designed to promote and communicate the Centre's work in attachment-informed practice to front-line professionals working in early years childcare settings. It was launched in June 2020, and already has a membership of over 5000.
The post would be suited to a motivated, organised, creative, outward-looking individual, adept in managing projects, and developing relationships.
This role will be home-based/remote working during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic; thereafter at the Anna Freud Centre, 4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH and occasional travel will be required predominantly within the London area.
